The short version: this is a pre-launch page. It exists to tell you what we're building and — if you want in — to take your email address. That's the whole story.
Who we are
Aethelic is a chat-first, agentic studio for agencies and creative teams, based in Mumbai, India. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@aethelic.com.
What we collect
One thing, and only if you choose to give it: the email address you type into the "Request access" form. You don't create an account to do it.
The page itself — fonts, graphics, code — is served from our own site rather than third-party font networks or CDNs.
Like almost every website, the company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and access time) for security and reliability.
How we use your email
To contact you about beta access and, occasionally, about the product as it develops. That's it. We do not sell your email, share it for marketing, or build profiles from it.
Where it's stored
Waitlist emails are kept in our own database, on infrastructure we control, and are delivered using Zoho Mail as our email provider. We don't sell or share your address with anyone else.
Consent & your rights
You give us your email voluntarily, and you can take it back at any time:
- Unsubscribe — every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.
- Access, correct, or delete — email hello@aethelic.com and we'll act promptly.
Retention
We keep waitlist emails until our launch communications end, you unsubscribe, or you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If our practices change — for example, when the product launches — we'll update this page and the date at the top.
